Orders
Orders are only received from schools. By ordering the customer accepts the conditions for sale, delivery, and the use of ClassBooks
Payment
The school will receive an electronic invoice to the specifed e-mail address and the payment will be carried out based on this. The invoice specifies the method of delivery. The delivery will follow shortly after the payment has been received

Condition for the use of ClassBooks
ClassBooks must solely be used by teachers employed at the school and students attending the school at which the rights to the use of the product have been purchased
ClassBooks remains ClassBooks ApS property and must not be sold or forwarded neither wholly or partly to third party.
ClassBooks carries a watermark stating the school's name
Limited Liability
Classbooks ApS renounces all claims that third party may raise to the school and/or users of Classbooks in connection with infringement.
Classbooks ApS renounces responsibility for defects and faults in the product and what it might cause of damage to the environment in which it is used
Abitration Clause
Danish law is valid in all disputes. Any disputes that may arise will be settled in Danish by the court in Lyngby
Change of Condition concerning Sale, Delivery and Use
Conditions will be updated currently and it is the responsibility of the customers and users to stay informed about the valid version
